Ring Main Unit

The ring main unit is designed based on a ring-type distribution network, where the power supply trunk forms a closed loop. The power source feeds into the ring-shaped trunk, which then distributes electricity to individual distribution branches via high-voltage switches, such as load break switches.

Switchgear

The switchgear is designed according to the requirements of GB3906. The entire unit consists of a cabinet body and withdrawable components (draw-out units). The cabinet structure is entirely fabricated by bolting together aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets. The switchgear is divided into compartments for the circuit breaker, busbar, cable, and instrumentation. All metal components are reliably grounded, and each compartment in the main circuit system features an independent pressure-relief channel. Additionally, a grounding busbar measuring 10x60mm can be installed within the cable compartment.

The WM Series (C-Profile) Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear is designed for use in three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50 Hz, rated operating voltage of 400V (690V), and rated current up to 4000A. It serves as a versatile solution for power distribution, motor control centers, and capacitor compensation applications in power generation, supply, and industrial settings. Widely adopted in power plants, oil and gas facilities, chemical plants, metallurgical industries, textile factories, high-rise buildings, and other environments, this product complies with standards such as GB7251.1 and JB/T9661.

GGD Fixed-Type Switchgear Cabinet

The GGD fixed switchgear cabinet is designed for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial/mining enterprises. It is suitable for AC distribution systems operating at a rated voltage of 380V and a rated current of 3150A, 50Hz, and is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in power, lighting, and general-purpose equipment. The product features high breaking capacity, excellent dynamic and thermal stability, and versatile performance. It complies with relevant standards including IEC 60439-1 and GB 7251.1.

Box-type substation

A box-type substation, also known as a prefabricated substation or pre-engineered substation, is a compact, indoor or outdoor distribution device manufactured in a factory. It integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low-voltage distribution systems into a single, pre-assembled unit according to a specific wiring configuration. This innovative design organically combines functions such as transformer step-down and low-voltage power distribution, all housed within a fully enclosed, steel-structure enclosure that is moisture-proof, rust-resistant, dustproof, rodent-proof, fireproof, theft-proof, heat-insulated, and highly mobile. Box-type substations are particularly well-suited for urban grid construction and renovation projects, representing a new generation of substations that have emerged following the traditional civil-engineering-based substations. They are ideal for use in mining sites, industrial enterprises, oil and gas fields, and wind power stations, effectively replacing conventional brick-and-mortar distribution rooms and substations, thus becoming a modern, turnkey solution for comprehensive power transformation and distribution needs.

Single-phase master-controlled meter box with six-unit vertical structure

Suitable for scenarios such as residential housing for urban and rural residents and the renovation of older residential communities, this system allows for the centralized installation of six single-phase electricity meters, enabling integrated management of electricity consumption measurement, circuit control, and safety protection.

KYN28A-12 Armored Middle-Position High-Voltage Switchgear

The KYN28A-12 metal-clad withdrawable switchgear is designed for three-phase AC power systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 12 kV. In power distribution systems, it provides functions such as circuit control, protection, monitoring, and measurement. The switchgear enclosure is made from high-quality aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets, which are precisely processed and assembled using multi-stage bending techniques on advanced CNC machine tools. The switchgear consists of two main components: a fixed enclosure and withdrawable units, known as hand carts. The enclosure achieves an enclosure protection rating of IP4X, while the compartment protection rating reaches IP2X. The hand carts, earthing switches, and cabinet doors are equipped with reliable mechanical interlocks, ensuring flexible, safe, and dependable operation.

GGD Low-Voltage Fixed-Type Switchgear

The GGD low-voltage switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is designed for AC systems operating at 50–60 Hz with rated working currents up to 3150 A, and is used for the conversion, distribution, and control of electrical energy in power, lighting, and distribution equipment. The cabinet structure features several distinctive characteristics: the cabinet frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel sections. The frame is equipped with mounting holes arranged according to E=20mm and E=100mm modules, enhancing the versatility of product assembly. The cabinet doors are connected to the frame via galvanized pivot hinges, making installation and removal convenient. The edges of the doors are fitted with rubber strips. The entire cabinet has a protection rating of IP30; users can also select a protection rating between IP20 and IP40 based on site environmental requirements.

MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear

The MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is an improved and developed version of the MNS series low-voltage switchgear manufactured by Switzerland’s ABB. It is suitable for three-phase (four- or five-wire) power supply systems with AC frequencies of 50–60 Hz, rated insulation voltages and operating voltages of 380 V (400 V) and 660 V (690 V), and rated currents up to 5,000 A. This switchgear can be used in power plants, substations, and other similar facilities for electrical energy conversion, distribution, and control.

KYN61-40.5 Armored Withdrawable Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

The KYN61-40.5(Z) indoor high-voltage vacuum switchgear is a complete indoor switchgear assembly designed for three-phase AC 50 Hz systems with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV. It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electrical energy, providing control, protection, and monitoring functions for electrical circuits. It is also suitable for applications involving frequent operations. This switchgear complies with standards including GB11022-2011, GB3906-2006, and DL404-2007, and features “five-protection” interlocking functions that prevent closing the circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in the closed position and prevent erroneous tripping or closing of the circuit breaker. The switchgear frame is designed according to a metal-enclosed, armored, withdrawable structure. Inside the cabinet, a new type of fully composite-insulated vacuum circuit breaker is installed. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, ensuring high precision and excellent interchangeability between the handcart and the cabinet body. The handcart moves within the cabinet via a lead screw and nut cranking mechanism, making operation convenient and effortless.
