Primary and Secondary Integrated Pole-Mounted Circuit Breaker (Pole-Type)

A pole-mounted circuit breaker refers to a design in which each pole of the circuit breaker is mounted on an independent support structure. This design results in a relatively simple circuit breaker structure, allowing each breaker unit on its respective pole to operate independently. The advantages of pole-mounted circuit breakers include flexible installation—allowing the number of breaker units to be increased or decreased as needed. Additionally, maintenance of pole-mounted circuit breakers is relatively straightforward, since each unit is independent and can be inspected and repaired individually.

Primary and Secondary Integrated Pole-Mounted Circuit Breaker (Enclosed Type)

A common-cabinet circuit breaker typically refers to a design in which multiple circuit-breaker units are integrated into a single shared cabinet. This design saves space and simplifies installation and maintenance. The structure of a common-cabinet circuit breaker is relatively complex, as it must accommodate several circuit-breaker units within the same cabinet while ensuring electrical isolation and thermal management between these units. Common-cabinet circuit breakers are often used in applications that require multiple circuit-breaker units to work together, such as substations or large-scale industrial facilities².

FR4 Watergreen Glass Fiber Board

FR4 boards are laminate products made by impregnating professional electronic fabrics with materials such as epoxy resin under high temperature and pressure. They exhibit excellent mechanical and dielectric properties, along with superior heat resistance, moisture resistance, and flame retardancy, while also offering outstanding machinability. Widely used in motors and electrical equipment as insulating structural components, FR4 boards are integral to various applications—including reinforcement for FPC-based switches, carbon-film printed circuit boards, computer drilling systems, and even mold fixtures (such as PCB test racks). Additionally, they can be safely employed in transformer oil environments, even under humid conditions.

3025 Phenolic Cotton Cloth Board

Cotton fabric board is made by impregnating cotton fabric with phenolic resin, followed by baking and hot pressing. It exhibits high mechanical strength, excellent oil resistance, and notable dielectric properties. Additionally, it boasts superior heat resistance, moisture resistance, and ease of processing. This material can be easily shaped through cutting, drilling, turning, milling, and planing operations. Under normal conditions, it maintains outstanding electrical and mechanical performance, making it ideal for use in insulation components within motors and electrical equipment—specifically those requiring both robust mechanical and electrical characteristics. Moreover, it is fully compatible for use in transformer oils.

Electrical Bakelite Board

Electrical wood boards, also known as bakelite boards or phenolic laminated paperboards, are made by impregnating insulating paper with phenolic resin, followed by baking and hot-pressing. They exhibit excellent mechanical strength, anti-static properties, and moderate electrical insulation performance. This product is ideally suited for use as insulating structural components in motors and electrical equipment that demand high mechanical performance. It can even be used directly in transformer oil. Additionally, its robust mechanical strength makes it perfect for serving as a backing plate in PCB manufacturing processes, such as drilling operations. Beyond that, it finds applications in distribution boxes, fixture boxes, mold clamps, high- and low-voltage switchgear cabinets, packaging machines, combs, and more. It’s particularly well-suited for use in motors, mechanical molds, PCBs, ICT fixtures, molding machines, drilling machines, and countertop grinding pads.

Power Frequency High-Voltage Signal Generator

A power-frequency high-voltage signal generator with self-powered capability is equipped with a rechargeable battery or storage battery. This battery supplies power to a power-frequency inverter, which converts DC into power-frequency voltage. The voltage is then stepped up by a booster transformer to reach the activation voltage required for testing the performance of electrostatic detectors.

Composite Insulator

Composite insulators play two fundamental roles in overhead transmission lines: supporting the conductors and preventing current from flowing back to ground.
